Active citizens fund announces the list of selected concept notes as confirmed by Financial Mechanism Office (FMO) of Active citizens fund in Lithuania on 21st April 2020. Those CSOs whose concept notes were selected enter the second phase of the call.
Concept Notes were evaluated by 27 experts. Each concept note was rated by two experts. If their opinions divide the concept note has been given for the third expert to evaluate.
15th April 2020 The Selection Committee (consisting of 5 members, 3 of which were independent experts) considered rated lists of concept notes and gave its recommendations to FMO for further considerations.
In the first phase of the first call 853 different organizations have participated in Active citizens fund either as applicant or project partners. 38 organizations are from Donor countries (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) and 15 organizations from other countries participating in Active citizens fund.
