The EEA Financial Mechanism’s Active Citizens Programme 2021-2022 requires evaluators for project concepts and full proposals for the second call.
Each expert will evaluate up to 30 project concepts and up to 30 project applications.
The expert will receive a remuneration of between EUR 20 and EUR 35 for the quality and thoroughness of his/her evaluation.
The expert must have:
Knowledge and experience in at least two of the following thematic areas: democratic participation; citizenship development; active citizenship; advocacy; transparency and accountability; monitoring of public authorities; human rights; equality; combating discrimination and violence; social justice; inclusion of vulnerable groups; working with regions/localities; minority issues;
experience of involvement in the NGO sector;
experience in evaluating project proposals;
experience in project implementation;
Motivation to become an expert for the Active Citizens Foundation.
